• Return/Exchange Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

• Condition of Items:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, epoxy jewelry items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Ensure that all original tags, packaging, and accompanying accessories are included.

  • Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you promptly.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygienic reasons, earrings or other pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
